Café voor Schone kunsten is een zoektocht naar de vraag: is er een manier om kunst dichter bij het volk te brengen, en de aftand tussen kunstenaar en maatschappij te verkleinen. En zo, zoeken we samen naar de oplossing… elke maand in Trefpunt Café geeft curator Rojin Delfan de muren aan een andere artiest, een andere discipline, een andere invalshoek.
Fotograaf en activist Simon Clément vult in november het café met zijn werk over de Koerdische vrijheidsbeweging en start het gesprek over de rol van fotografie in conflictgebieden.

Café voor Schone kunsten is a quest to answer the question: is there a way to bring art closer to the people and reduce the gap between artists and society? And thus, together, we search for the solution… every month in Trefpunt Café, curator Rojin Delfan offers the walls to a different artist, a different discipline, a different perspective.
Photographer and activist Simon Clément will fill the café with his work on the Kurdish freedom movement in November and initiate the conversation about the role of photography in conflict areas.
